I was on a website to buy incense, I paid $200 on October 25, 2022. I received an email with a tracking number and website. I was informed I would receive it by the following Tuesday. It has now been 17 days and according to the shipping company and the seller I have to pay a mandatory $250 “insurance” fee before they will deliver. I have asked to be refunded as their website says they will do, but when I emailed about that they informed me I needed to pay the delivery service to be able to get my order.
