They claim to be wanting to buy my vacation membership at a resort in Mexico. I have not given them any money or signed their purchase agreement but as I understand it, after they send the money to a 3rd party account, then I am supposed to pay the taxes to the Mexican government before the funds are released to me. My assumption is that the money will never be released and I will be out the money I paid for "taxes".
