I have been getting numerous calls from a person named "Brooke" from ARS adapt recovery Assure Financial saying that I have been sent in collections from City Financial and have a civil lawsuit pending against me. I don't have any cards in collection. They did give me my name, address and social security which I find alarming. When I told the lady I didn't have any items in collections she got annoyed and hung up on me.
