SCAM! I’ve received several voicemails that I’ve had 2 complaints filed against me with pierce county for check fraud and fraudulent banking in 2013 Immediately I knew something was off since I’ve banked with the same bank for over 10 years and this is the first I’m hearing of it. I asked which bank and they couldn’t even tell me. I asked the name of the company calling me and I’ve gotten a few different answers. Told them to send me a letter never got it. I even checked with pierce county to see If I have any complaints just to be sure, nothing. Called me again today much more aggressive and threatening that I better get a good lawyer and that I better make sure to have 2 forms of I.D on me for when I get arrested. They asked for my last 4 to confirm my identity, I refused so he proceeded to read my full ssn back to me. They have my full name, address, ssn, and stated they also have my parents names. I was eventually given a fictitious name Kyle Frankovich ARS and associates. I called back a few more times to see if I could get any more info but now they just hang up on me immediately. I guess they don’t like being called out and questioned.

A “Heather Lockwood” called and attempted to collect a debt. I found her name and the company in the scam search here. She left a message and a 1(800) number but both numbers didn’t work. The 800 number: 1(888) 587-7407. Usual scam threats and requests like: being forced to serve, need for supervisor information, multiple forms of ID, money, etc....
