A woman called and claimed she was calling from ARS Rescue Rooter. She said they were doing a special for $29, and that I qualified to receive the special. I told her that I wasn't interested. She proceeded to ask more questions. At that point, I hung up. Afterwards, I did a search on the number, and found that it was associated with other complaints.
