I purchased merchandise through Arsena clothing advertisement on Facebook which initially took me to this website (https://arsenastore.com). The purchasing process went fine without issue. The purchase was for 4 adidas jogging suits totaling $199.60. About a week later received notification my product would be shipped via UPS and arriving within 5-7 business days. Two days later the shipping and delivery method changed from UPS to YUNA delivery through the "SHOP" tracking app. The merchandise was showing being delivered to Angola, NY, which is not my address. I attempted to call the delivery company, the Angola post office, and Arsena store to report the delivery problem. I then sent email an to [email protected], but no response.
