I saw an ad for the company when it came up on my Facebook newsfeed. It had the exact product I had been looking for, but at a discounted price. I purchased the product through them and was given an order number and a tracking number. I waited for the item and tracked it online. When it said that it had been delivered and I didn’t receive anything, I reached out to the company. The company then said they would resend the product through a different method of shipping. I asked for the new tracking number to make sure I knew when the item would arrive. From then on the company just kept telling me to be patient and wait so many days until the item arrived. They never gave me a new tracking number. After waiting the full amount of days and contacting them a few times asking for the new tracking number and never getting a straight answer, I asked for a refund. They then offered to only refund me 50% of my purchase price and offered credits to buy something through them again.
