Got a couple emails from random places, this one sounded decent, light office work, work from home, up to 15 hours a week.
Since COVID is happening, the work from home part didn't alarm me like it normally would.
I was told to send my Resume from a personal email address, which I did.
Got a text the next day that said:
"Hello ******, i am Mr. Arthur Kyle and i am contacting you to notify you that an email regarding the part time office/personal assistant job you applied for has ben sent to you, kindly go through it and get back to me as soon as possible."
I did not respond to this text, but went and checked my email a day later and there was an email from Arthur Kyle, read through it, seemed WAY too good to be true.
I was super skeptical of this email, did some research and have found numerous instances were an email that was worded similar to the one I received was sent to other college students, and people looking for work.
I went back to the email and another red flag I didn't catch before was the email address was different then the one I sent my Resume too.
