The general contractor was hired to do an estimate for home repairs..The contractor issued the estimate and agreed to do the work. The contractor requested a deposit of $3500.00 to get started on the repairs. The contractor received the deposit and issued a receipt to the home owner. The contractor never returned to do the work. The home owner has made several attempts to meet with the contractor via email text messaging and calls with no response or attempts made by the general contractor to return funds to home owner
