I ordered the flower stems from ArtificialMerch.com on January 25th, 2026 and paid $28.51 through PAYPAL. I contacted them two weeks after the order date to inquire about my product because I had never received it. On Feb. 9th Lisa from the store contacted me via email at [email protected] and said : We sincerely apologize that your order has not yet been shipped.

We’re so sorry for the delay with your unshipped order #33314! Due to supply chain and logistics issues, all unshipped orders will start processing on Feb 25 and ship in order of purchase.

We’ll send a 20% OFF discount code (our compensation) to your email once processing starts on Feb 25. If you don’t want to wait, we can process a full refund immediately for you – just let us know!

Sorry again for the trouble, and thanks for your patience.

I replied back on Feb. 9th and asked them to cancel the order. On Feb. 23rd they sent me an email saying my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I still have no product and NO Refund.

Purchased items in the website and received a confirmation email that shipment information will be sent once items shipped but no information has been sent and attempts to contact via email (only contact information available) has been unsuccessful.
