Chord Buddies

While I put the wrong letter character in my shipping address name, I immediately emailed and called the company to advise in an effort to fix it prior to shipping...I mean this was seconds after hitting submit. They never acknowledged my email, nor replied to 3 phone messages on the matter. I will never use this company again, and urge buyers to avoid this website.

Purchased a ChordBuddy piece for my acoustic guitar, it didn't fit. artistic-pod.com immediately blamed me for ordering wrong and would not offer any return options.

The customer should always be first. If a product doesn’t fit right, even if properly measured, it shouldn’t matter. The quality of the blazers are CHEAP.

Artistic Fraud….Scammers Orchestrating Exploitation of Americans

I ordered $95.00worth of merchandise from a company doing business as Artistic Pod. The order was for some t-shirts with music prints. The website looks legitimate and provides an address and phone number with an address in Portland, Oregon. The company is really based out of China…never returned a phone call or email, and has not delivered anything. It has been nearly 2 months! I have called their phone number several times, and left messages. A few times, I have been routed to another probable scammer posing as a “healthcare advisor”.wanting Medicare and social security information. Why is a Chinese based company soliciting Medical information from US citizens and not being stopped? This greatly angers me as a citizen and healthcare provider! The fraud of taking your $$ for merchandise is potentially just the beginning! I urge others to avoid doing any business with them ….phone number is 800-232-5469. They will act like people over 50 qualify for special discounts/programs….to potentially obtain information.

It takes more than a month for item to arrive. When the item arrives, dress is too big. Will not allow exchanges. They just take your money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Slow boat from China? Indeed! Internet search reveals MANY people scammed. Luckily mine was on $19.92 but scammer has address and credit card number. artisticpod has a seemingly legit website. artisticpod.com. I ordered a watch from them online and never received the product. After researching online I found the site to be a fraud. Taking your money and delivering no product. I contacted them numerous times and they send me a reply with a bogus tracking number. Each email was identical. I've asked to be completely refunded but receive and email with the bogus tracking number.
