Artisticba.com is a website setup to allow consumers to purchase merchandise (clothes, purses, outdoor decorations, bedding etc.). I purchased merchandise on 8/16/23 and received a tracking number once it was updated to a shipped status. According to the tracking number, the merchandise was delivered to my mailbox on 8/28/23, but I didn't receive the package and according to the Postal Services informed delivery email I wasn’t receiving a package on that day. After reaching out to Artisticba customer service twice - I received a response advising that I needed to check with neighbors and the post office because according to the tracking information It was delivered. That I could check the tracking on www.track718.com/en (Email included below.) According to this website https://malwaretips.com/blogs/track678-com-2/ Track718.com is a fraudulent tracking service that works with affiliate scam websites to trick customers and prevent refunds for undelivered orders through fabricated tracking updates. Track718 does not have a shipper tied to It. I will provide all correspondence If needed and anything else to help you disable this website so this doesn't occur to anyone else. I was referred to this website by someone that didn't know at the time they were being scammed. She too didn't receive her merchandise and Is in the process of reporting them as well. My tracking number - ********* Email response received after advising I didn't receive my package is below. It includes additional email addresses and the statement that they used track718. By admitting they use track718 for their delivery services proves that no merchandise being purchased on this website is ever shipped.

I've reported this to the FTC and Attorney General's office as well. I'm including a copy of the FTC Consumer Report, My Order and a copy of the email that they responded to. (I don't know if they are saved, so if I need to email them to you just let me know.)
