Order was placed January 2, 2025. ETA 5-10 days. Item has not been received as of 1/27/25. Have sent multiple inquiries to vendor via emails and website. Only get an automated response, always the same, no direct response regarding my order.

Want a refund but can’t get thru to anyone.

My credit card was charged by an account out of mississauga , ON. But artistry rack is a Chinese company . Bought an item from them last month , never received item and won’t return emails/calls
