I tried to purchase an advent calendar like the one shown in the movie National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation as a gift for my sister. I ordered this item on 9/27/21. I was provided with a confirmation email, shipment tracking, etc. I kept tabs on the tracking and it eventually reached the US and last known tracking information update was on 10/25/21 in Gainesville, Florida. Since then there has been no update to my shipment tracking, and any attempts to contact this company result in a response email with the tracking information I already have. This is unacceptable to me.
