ordered an item. I was told it would delivered in 7-10 days. never did receive it so I emailed them back. was told it was out of stock and a refund was issues and would take 7-21 business days...its been a month and a half and now no response back to my emails.

Purchased an electronics item that showed up at a fantastic price on Google. Alas, it was too good to be true.Got immediate confirmation of purchase and receipt. But after waiting the expected shipping time, I wrote to this "business" to ask what the delay was about. They didn't reply to the messages sent on their website forum. Found their email somewhere and this time they did reply, saying that the product was out of stock and I could expect a reversal of charges in 7-21 days. A month later now, they are not replying to my emails and their website is apparently down.

Offers products for sale on what appears to be a legitimate website. Once product is paid for, no payment confirmation is sent and when questioning purchase status, customer is told the item is out of stock and that they will be refunded. However, customer will never see product or refund.

Made a purchase from what looked like a legitimate website but found out through my own investigation that it was a fraud site. Called and talked with a woman who was in charge of leasing the building they claimed to be in and found out they don't exist there. The address belongs to a security company in Oakland, California. I made the purchase on July 21st, for $100.96. Two days later I messaged them on their web site and asked for the status of the order. No response. Then I suspected that it was a scam site. Sure enough, with an internet search, I found that it was not legitimate. I was able to call my credit card company and they assured me that they would try to work out a refund to me. But this so called "company" and web site needs to be investigated since there's a chance that many others will be taken advantage of. I have also filed this with the FBI cyber division for their attention.
