again the exact same email so I began digging more doing research because everything wasn't sitting right with me upon doing so I see that the actually owner of the video that this company was using as advertising their products for sale wasn't their video then studying the video the trimmers was some babyliss pro trimmers ($165 trimmers) then see other people that ordered from this company and received the EXACT SAME EMAIL as I did even seen how people ordered paid for the product and never received it or their money back so I immediately emailed again requesting for my money back
I received a email stating they would refund my money but at least try them I told them no because that was false advertisement & also evidence of it not being trust Worthy lying ect along with sending proof so I got no response so I had to contact my bank to help with this situation then remembered they were on Facebook with the same video and all tried to warn other consumers while posting all proof the company began to report my comments and pictures as spam then days later I received a email stating that they would refund me only 90% of my money back and keep 10% for something th hat was false advertised for a product they didn't sale for a order that wasn't processed for a deceitful advertising video of another companies merchandise so I didn't hear back
so I just now minutes before I began to create this article to be aware of this company I tried to go to their website it is coming up as not found so I attempted to go to it from their video it still says not found so to me they have shut down their website. This is a horrible horrible experience I have fallen for what a lesson learned I pray this get resolved. This company or whoever it is have made so many different ads with different company names as of now I have been reporting the ads everytime I see them to attempt to save others from this horrible experience.
