Their cancellation button on their website is fake, it doesn't cancel anything and they continue to charge my credit card each month and refuse to refund or stop. Many other online reviews are saying the same thing. It's impossible or not possible to cancel the subscription and they claim it's policy not to refund. Customer service won't help cancel or refund. They have no known physical address and very little contact information.
