I found an ad on Facebook, specifically for "human dog beds." I ordered and paid for one, $40, by credit card. I contacted their customer support months later they said it was sent and had arrived. I clicked the link they sent on the confirmation email, and - sometimes it works, sometimes not. It's a generic shipping site. They said they’d send another, but 4 months later and nothing has arrived. I emailed and got responses 10 times saying "no refund." Many others are in my same position.

FaceBook needs to take down these ads!!!
