Lovely looking product, impossible and non existent service. Received notice that lighting product has shipped but cannot track using the DHL tracking information provided. No response to e-mails either through their own website or direct. Not sure if this is a scam, but proceed with caution. VERY disappointed so far and would not purchase again especially if we are tight on time.

Their website was impressive but product was inferior and did not reflect the quality for the money they charge. I made a complain and return my product, I was told that the refund would take place upon receipt of the item. It has been almost 3 months and they stop responding to my emails when I follow-up.

This is the second time I have purchased these amazing pendants! They are so awesome! Issue with the finish was resolved easily with this which is a company that I trust.

I saw this Arturest's light fixtures on Instagram and it caught my eye.
The delivery to canada was no problem!
I am very satisfied with the quality of the lamp, it is a real eye-catcher! :)

Ordered two pendant fixtures on 11/23/21. No responses to multiple inquiries through their email address...apparently no one reads them. Finally after three months, we receive a box which contained one of the fixtures. the box looks like it was kicked out of the plane as it passes overhead. Here we are a month after received the one fixture, and still no second fixture. Over $500 spent and we cannot use the single fixture received. What a scam operation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Bought lamps from them and they sent us Ikea lamps. Total scam. They drop ship from China. They post photos of items which aren't even theirs. They stole all the images.

I placed an order for two quite expensive pendant lights on November 26, 2021. Here we are in February 2022 and STILL NO DELIVERY. I have sent MULTIPLE emails requesting delivery status to no avail. The tracking numbers they provide basically show the supposed items moving around China, and are utterly useless. I will make it my goal to tell as many people as possible to avoid this sham site.

This company is a scam. I received the wrong size light fixture and now they want me to pay for return shipping to China. They refuse to provide a return shipping label. I’m stuck with a $280 light fixture that is the wrong size than what I ordered.

I ordered my item in the summer and it is now a week from Christmas and I still do not have my light fixture. We have emailed and they gave me some BS tracking number that showed it in US in September but it’s almost
January and still no light fixture or refund. Scammers -don’t believe their

We ordered two light fixtures, one showed up damaged and we never received the second fixture. They provided tracking numbers after asking which kept coming up invalid. We placed the order 3 months ago and unable to get any responses from them since.

These guys are Scammers. If you're looking for a Terrible Product with even worse Customer Support, look no further. Arturest are your guys!

Seriously, you're better off putting your cash in a garbage can and lighting that can on fire, than spending money with these people. Terrible products. Terrible support. Do I have your attention now, Arturest?

Clearly a SCAM! Purchased a lamp shade that showed in a completely smashed and broken open box with ZERO packing material. Only the item in the box. The item inside was smashed in as shown in the picture below. When UPS dropped the package off I immediately refused seeing it was glaringly obvious the rattan item inside could not and did not survive the shipping abuse.

The company is now refusing to provide a refund saying that they need pictures of the item outside the packaging. Since the items was sent back to the company by UPS after refusing the shipment it is very convenient that the company is now requesting additional pictures of the item outside of the box.

Such ridiculous and impossible hoops to jump through for a refund or replacement.

Ill take out a star just for the overall processing and shipping. We love the item and the item arrived safely but just to give you an idea we made the order on Feb 3rd this year and the item arrived to the final destination on March.

I bought Basket Rattan Woven Pendant Light Shades, and I got it after a month. Like the picture, it fits my house well. The logistics time has indeed exceeded my expectations, but the quality of the goods is generally good. I don't think it is a scam company, I received the goods and good after-sales service.

Arturest is a scam. I now know they work out of China and do not respond to any messages/emails or help in any way.

I bought a light fitting from them when it arrived the quality was shocking (paint pealing, wrong colour, horrendously packaged, etc) I asked if I could return the parcle to a UK address and get a full refund. They told me I had to post it to there China office because of Covid reasons (whatever that means) but I thought if I post it out to China at least I would get the £250 back for which the light fitting cost me. I paid £52 for postage - unfortuantly the address they provided doesn't exist and for thst reason could not be delivered. The light fitting is now on its way baxk from china and I will have to pay for the return - a further £52. So far this light has cost me £304 and I have no way of contacting them. In short - do not buy from Arturest. The products may but cheaper than other places but there is a reason for this. Avoid at all costs.

This business is a fake business operated by people in China. They have fake reviews on their website. Charged hundreds of dollars from customers but never ship their products. I placed an order in Jan, emailed them and left them messages on Instagram, they blocked me and deleted all of my comments. Even other customers reached out to me for solution.
