I ordered 3 rattan pendant lights for my new home. The order was incorrect with wrong color wiring. I emailed them the same day as the delivery, expecting to hear back within 24 hours just as they promise. Well, it’s been a full 7days with more than 5 emails sent without one reply.

I order a large amount of rattan shade for a business project and they never gave me a ship date for the product. When I emailed asking they said it would 3-8 weeks before anything would ship. When I said I couldn't wait that long they kept reassuring me they were working on it. After multiple days and email exchanges, I said I need to cancel my order. They said they would cancel it and then four days later emailed me a tracking number and said they couldn't cancel my order. I am working with the credit card company to dispute the charge. We cannot contact in any way other than email because no phone number is given.
