I place an order in the beginning of January 2023 and was not recieving any updates on my order. Upon further digging I noticed when I tried to track my package it said still being processed everytime. Then I decided to start looking into it and found severy people complaining about the same thing. The information I entered was from the company listed that took payment out of my bank account. I also found information for the website too. It says superrub.live is located ar 2229 S Michigan Ave suite 411 Chicago Illinois 60616. Phone number is 256-374-0797. The website I was initially looking at had a different name. I was looking for a specific gift so I looked at a lot of website at the time and I can't remember the name.
