I read through the first couple of reviews and it seemed like everyone was having a good experience and showed pictures. My mistake was not continue looking through the reviews (will come back to this later).
I placed my order on November 21. After my order was confirmed the site stated it would be expected between November 24-Nov 28.
I got the notification pretty quickly after in the mail that it would be sent via FedEx Shipping Standard.
A couple of days passed and I didn’t get a notification that it was shipped. I emailed support on November 26.
I received a separate email on November 27 a confirmation of shipment, but without a tracking number. I found this odd, but figured because FedEx didn’t have it yet.
Two days passed and I didn’t get a tracking number still. I followed up on November 29. Followed up again on December 2 and December 3.
None of the emails have been responded to.
I used my FedEx account to see if they had any outbonding packages from the site. They did not.
I went to Aruaverse site again and decided to go over all the reviews. I found that other people were complaining of the same, all with the same situation as me - no response, no tracking number, waiting weeks for it to arrive.
I will be going to my bank and hopefully be able to dispute this payment.
