Too good to be true. ARUNSTYLE, which claims to be located in Texas, promises discount books and states it will ship after payment information is confirmed. Well, they never shipped, and never responded to emails. In fact, their email address (and website) were deactivated shortly after I paid (between the first and second times I emailed them). They even misspelled their company name in the original, automated confirmation email. The charge on my credit card was for "Gillketty" in Manchester, Great Britain. Needless to say, I reported this to my credit card, but I'm concerned now some scammer has my credit card information and address.

Item was never delivered. The seller provided Paypal a fake UPS tracking number after I filed a claim with Paypal.

Do Not purchase from this fictions business; their products are not received when purchased. I filed a complaint with PayPal; the company provided a tracking number which showed the product was delivered. HOWEVER, when I contacted UPS they confirmed that an item was mailed and received to a different address.

ArunStyle or ArunSyle they go by 2 different names will not respond to numerous emails I sent concerning this matter. PayPal is saying an item was shipped but they are not responsible for the error— it’s UPS that must resolve this matter. How can UPS resolve a matter in which they were not responsible for the fraudulent shipment and exchange of funds.

I bought a book from them and made the payment already. I have not received any shipping confirmation or anything like that. i have sent them several email because thats the only way the have of communication.

This is my order [Order #15394]

its not the money i lost but the fact these people are continuing to fraud other buyers
