The Hiring desk of Aryinde construction LTD reviewed your resume and we believe you have the required qualifications to proceed. You will be under a general supervision from the company's online team. Your resume has been reviewed by the human resources and you have been shortlisted in the list of candidates following our newest online screening introduced by Better Business Bureau. This is a telecommute and work from home position. The pay is $30.17/hr and training is $25.17/hr
The interview exercise will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. You are therefore expected to set up Microsoft Teams and add up the hiring manager Mr Babcock via ([email protected] ) for more information and the subsequent interview, he will brief you about the available position as well as the company history.

And we conducted an interview via Microsoft Teams chat for about 45 minutes where he proceeded to ask me about myself and ask me typical interview questions. Then he said i was being reviewed for the position and it would take about 15 minutes to review and then got back to me and told me I had the job and more about the requirements and the equipment and how my training won't start until I receive the equipment. And then he tells me "To facilitate this, we have established partnerships with various firms, associates, and educational institutions. They will be responsible for providing the necessary funds to procure the required materials. The company's accounting department will oversee the allocation of funds, which will cover the expenses for software and hardware (equipment) to set up your mini office. The company will allocate funds for the purchase of the aforementioned working materials directly through your paycheck. The company's accounting department will issue the check, which will be sent to you via mail"
