Jeff Dall advertised his company, AS Bentley Construction on Kijiji Ottawa as a custom shed builder. He came to our home and provided us with a portfolio of jobs he had done and we contracted him in May 2016 to build a custom shed on our property. We gave him a 2300.00 deposit and he never stepped foot on our property again. He took our deposit and then continued to give us excuses for setting back the project. He refused to give us our deposit back and then would not answer are phone calls or emails. He SCAMMED us. He never returned to build the shed and we have not heard from him since the last email bounced back in Aug. 2016.
