Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered a heating pad / which covered the neck, shoulders, and back.
They sent me an email stating that they got my order, gave me an order #, date of shipping 4-7 days and had my name and address listed.
Weeks went by and did not receive product. I emailed 2-3 times and did not get any response. (found out the email they gave was not valid) I called 1/2 a dozen times and was unable to talk to any one. All I could do is leave a voice message and they never called back. So on 11/8/2021 - I called my credit card and filed a fraud charge.
Found out there are 2 websites
(1) asseenontvETC.com (which I contacted)
(2) asseenontvLIVE.com
