Bought a sweatshirt at the end of December from the vendors website. Received a confirmation order, then a tracking number.

The package appeared to have shipped from Denmark and travelled to the US, but no update to tracking information has occurred since end of January.

I have attempted contacting the seller and their tracking company for several weeks with only automated responses and no update or delivery.

It has been over 11 weeks since ordering and still no delivery or movement in the tracking.

Can’t get a refund or get and assistance to recover lost funds for package that was never delivered.
