May 10-12, 2024 ASAP Masonry Roofing completed foundation underpinning & reinforce of right side [facing property] & repair of cracks to back of my property [35 year warranty]. I paid $12K in full to Luke Saunders @ ASAP Masonry Roofing. June 23, 2024 & July 15, 2024 rain water entered my property the same way it did before the repairs by this contractor, letting me know the foundation waterproofing this contractor completed was a scam. I attempted to reach Luke at 2826 Diehl Rd, Warrenville, IL, 331.660.6644 [phone # no longer in service] & via email. He never responded to my emails, calls or text. He cashed the $10K checks at BMO bank under Brian Ward. At the start of the job I zelle $2K to the company name. 8/5/24 the local police department contacted the company [ASAP Masonry Roofing] @ 908.425.6117, 2 University Plaza Dr #108, Hackensack, NJ. Luke pretending to be James now, told the officer Luke was an employee of his. When I spoke to so called James on the phone he told me Luke was his cousin that's why they sound alike. Luke return my call within 1 hour saying he's doesn't work for [ASAP Masonry Roofing] any longer, but he's listed on the website & using phone on file for this company. He is not in the local area. After the unproductive conversation via phone from Luke, Brian, James an obvious scammer ...I reported this incident to appropriate government agencies & requested a refund of $12K by zelle. The sump pump, which was supposed to be installed by ASAP Masonry Roofing for free [under warranty] if water re-entered my property, I will have installed by a reputable company. At this date/time 8-14-24 ASAP Masonry Roofing website is inactive.
