I ordered merchandise from this company and they charged my credit card for $100.00. A month later I had never received the items so I contacted them via email. They assured me the items were coming...they just had a "small delay" and that I would receive a tracking email within 4-6 days. A week later I still hadn't received anything and reached out again. They responded items were still coming. After another week, I sent another email and then received this response "According to our records, your package was delivered to the correct address we have on file. We understand the tracking details show a different town, and we apologize for the confusion. Since the delivery was completed on our end, we recommend contacting FedEx for further clarification." They refused to provide me with any tracking information or number so FedEx could not help me and the company would not send me proof of the delivery either. I then tried to look at their website to see if I could find any other contact information and discovered their website is "no longer available" and comes up as an error.
