You do not clearly outline that customers will be charged after the trial. You may indicate in some fine print this information but if you were truly honest and upright you would indicate it clearly in the detailed email about shipping. the reason you do not do this is because you don't want customers to catch you in your dishonesty.
That is fine if this is the way you want to conduct business but just know that everything is not about the bottom dollar and you should be trying to put the customer first. I will be reporting you to the BBB.
Watch your accounts ladies because after the the "14 days" they charge you. Unless you caught their sneaky fine print you can't even catch it in time. My credit card company basically couldn't help me either.
In future I will be checking all new businesses on here. If bad report I will not buy if no report I will be skeptical!!!!

BBB files indicate that the products listed in this BBB Business Review have a pattern of complaints concerning unauthorized charges and unresolved refund disputes. Complaints filed by consumers state that they signed up for what they thought was a free trial and later discovered unauthorized charges to their credit cards for additional amounts. Complaints further state that even though consumers have cancelled or returned the products, they were still charged or had their refund requests refused. BBB contacted the business in December 2016 about the pattern of complaints, but have not received a response at this time.
