Saw this company on Facebook and thought my dog would love this ball. Ordered it and waited for two months before realizing it’s a scam and disputed the charges

After not receiving ordered item for eight weeks, I emailed company which said their carrier determined the item was delivered. I did receive a toy which was not identified by any packaging. It was simply the toy in a box. The toy is worth about $2. Contact #2: Explained I had not received the ordered item. They asked me to check with my neighbors. Contact #3: They asked me to check with Post Office. Contact #4: They asked for pictures of the toy and the SKU QR code as attached. There was no attachment. Contact #4: I sent them a picture of the front of the toy box and a picture of the QR code. Contact #5: They asked for a photo of the waybill affixed to the package. I no longer have the box the toy was shipped in.
