We purchased a warranty service called ASCUSA & they have been stringing us along since the beginning of December for a Samsung repair. We get a repair date, 2 weeks in advance but when the day comes, we get a text at the end of the day stating an emergency came up and we then get a new date a couple weeks later. We had the repair guy out once and he said it needed a pump and we had to order the pump, have it delivered to our house and then call and they would come install it. After 3 week,s when they didn’t show again, we called our own repair man. He installed the pump but it didn’t help. The 3 year old washer still doesn’t work. Our repairman said it’s a major issue and would cost about $1000 for a “board” probably & he said make the warranty people come fix it. Today, again, after waiting all day, no one texted until 4:50 pm and said an emergency came up & we will need to be rescheduled. I went on yelp and all I see are 1 & 0 star reviews. These people need to be stopped. Why does Lowe’s sell these worthless warranties? I saved all the text & emails. There is no one there that even answer a phone. I get texts & non response emails only. It’s been almost 2 months now..with no real end in sight. This is ridiculous.
