When I inquired of Asher what work he had done on my case, he lied by claiming that he had filed a power of attorney (POA) on my behalf with the IRS and had spoken with the IRS several times (which was a lie . . . Mr. Mellul never filed a POA nor had any conversations with the IRS on my behalf. When I informed Asher Mellu that he had scammed me out of $1,250.00, Asher threatened that if I complained about him to the ScamPulse.com or to the IRS, he would tell (lie) to the IRS that I had instructed him to under report my income. I immediately reported Asher Mellul to the IRS and the ScamPulse.com as the thief and scam artist that he was. Of course, I immediately heard from the ScamPulse.com but of course, never, in spite that the IRS OPR (office of professional responsibility) makes claims to help taxpayers with these type of issues.
In spite of the fact that Asher Mellul, scam artist, has been given a 'F' rating by the ScamPulse.com and the ScamPulse.com has noticed the public of the same via its website and on the internet, it is instructive to note that Asher Mellul has defiantly continued to lie to the public with his internet claims that his company, Advocate Tax Solutions (ATS), is ScamPulse.com accredited when it is not!
