I ordered a total of 3 wigs from this website. The first wig I purchased was great period I put A. Review online gave them 5 stars and everything. The next wig I purchased was a black natural wig in wavy. This week had poor cap construction. I had to maneuver the wig on my hair. So it looked good and I had to actually place glue on my hair to which I do not like to do. I figured it was a fluke and kept it going. I purchased a third wig And this one was horrible. It was way overprocessed, and it mattered as soon As you combed through it. At this point I left reviews for both wigs. Honest reviews. Neither of them were added to the sight. I then contacted the site. Asking them why they did not post. My honest reviews, so other people would know what they were getting instead of only posting reviews with fours or fives. At that point, they offer to replace the wigs. I agreed and then they came back and said oh. We can't replace the black one because that one was purchased outside of thirty days ago. After some days negotiation, they told me they would Replace the ginger wig and give me eighty dollars for the black one. After I Agreed, They advised me they needed me to send the wigs back. This was never at all advised in the beginning. When they told me they would replace them, I threw them away. They never once mentioned that they had to be returned until about five days after we were talking about it. Once I told them I threw them away, they pretty much kept telling me I needed to mail them in. I kept telling them I don't have them. Now they are only offering me twenty dollars for my inconvenience. At this point I am waiting for my PayPal dispute to go through and hopefully get some of my money back since now. I have no wigs, nor do I have my money. I feel as though they committed a bait. And switch by number one, not allowing real reviews on their website. And number 2 offering me a replacement without telling me. I needed to mail-in the old wigs. Until after we had negotiated, an agreement. If this was going to be a Requirement, it should have been advised upfront. This is the true definition of a bait and switch. You show somebody one thing, and then when they receive it. It is completely opposite. I would no longer give them any of my money, because they are using deceptive practices to get people to purchase by only allowing positive reviews on their website.
