The owner of AshlasKnots didn’t mail me the item that I bought from their online store. She claims that she was going to charge me for a larger amount if I was going to get the one items she had for sale. She decided to charge my credit card for other customers items they purchased. I’ve reached out to try to resolve this issue with the owner. She keeps saying that I she doesn’t want to deal with me anymore. That it’s my problem that this happened. She’s a scammer. She doesn’t give the customers the items that she’s claiming she sells in her online store. She refuses to return my money. That I need to move on. Is what she’s saying to me.
