Kylie Tracey claims to have an online storefront. Claiming to sell wristlets T-shirts. I ordered some tshirts & wristlets from this website. The owner claims she mailed my order to me. I didn’t ever receive the wristlet. I contacted Kylie to see if we could resolve the issue. So that I could get my items. Kylie told me that in order to get them she would have to charge me 5000. In order to get my items I ordered thru her online store. I don’t know why she’s being this way towards me. I’ve emailed her and she says she’s done with dealing with me. That I need to figure out how to move forward. She doesn’t have her customers interest in mind. She gets rude and very disrespectful toward me when trying to talk to her about getting resolution. I just want to let others know don’t buy from this person. She’s a scammer. She is very dishonest and does what she wants to do to people that could be customers. Don’t shop with her store front. You won’t get the items that you buy from her. She doesn’t ever mail them to you. If you try to get resolution to this issue. Instead she will expect you to pay an astronomical amount in order to receive that supposed item. Which in the end never arrives in the mail.
