I went online to purchase vitamins. Ashley's vitamins came up in the top hits on Google search engine and appeared to be a legitimate website with social media pages and a limited, but quality selection. After selecting the vitamins I had visited their site to purchase I received an email that my order had shipped. I found it odd that the order number was so low and the fact that no shipping information seemed odd as well. Being patient as my bank instructed me, and realizing the holiday mail rush was ongoing I kept naively thinking the order would arrive. We are 40 days past the order and I have still not received my products purchased. I have called the number on their site multiple times and left voicemails, never got a return call or response from them. The bank told me to report the company to the Better Business Bureau as there was nothing they could do.
