Scammer went up to my mother-in-law’s home offering work for a few hundred dollars. They then came back to her with a false concern that part of her house (exterior portion) was rotting and needed to be replaced immediately, causing her stress enough to agree to the work. The work in question was for cheaper materials, that are no where near the price she was quoted. Their website is false, their email address comes back as undeliverable because ‘it does not exist.” My fiancé asked for proof of insurance, and he was met with backlash instead and nothing but insults.
