Received text message a while back about being paid $750 weekly to have a car decal on car. Didn’t realize it was a scam so I believed i just sent them my name and address to see if I could qualify. Just received a letter and a check in the mail today. Check had $4950.26 on it. Letter said to immediately text that number after receiving letter. Said $750 of the check was for myself and the rest of the funds, 4200, I had to pay the decal installer. Checked online and saw that this was a pretty common auto wrap scam. Did not go any further after figuring out it was a scam.
