After writing to a woman for four months, I realized I was being scammed. I wrote to customer support for a refund. I finally got them to realize that the woman I was writing to was "acting inappropriately" "We have contacted the lady...and explained to her that such behavior is unacceptable as it violates our rules. She will be penalized for her actions accordingly." I wrote "According to your refund policy, I deserve a refund for scam suspicion. The fact that you admit she acted inappropriately in her correspondence with me indicates that I was being scammed and deserve a refund."

They refuse to refund my money even though this woman lied to me and committed fraud.
