I ordered a pair of shoes from the website. I received a confirmation email from the the company. A few days later, I received a tracking number from the company. Several days later, the tracking number indicated the package was delivered but I did not receive the package. I email the company and they stated the package was delivered by local post office. I checked with the post office and was told the tracking number was not in their system. I emailed the company again to share information from the post office. Company then stated they sent the wrong item and I needed to return the wrong item and they would then send me the shoes I ordered. I requested the full amount I paid for the shoes. The company then stated they would only issue 10% refund.
