I received an email telling my purchase for Norton was processed

I never ordered

I called the # *** *** **** . The woman was foreign and I couldnt make anything out. On the bill it says seller ***** ******, address ***** ***** ***** **** zolfo springs ** *****

I checked my paypal and amer express card and it does not appear
