They contact by means of locking you out of your computer via pop up then tell you your computer is infected and they need remote access to secvice your PC with payment of 300.00 US dollars. They proceed to steal your identity along with the money they ask to pay and in turn plant malicious malware on your PC creating viruses that cannot be removed and devastate files.
