Ask.com is rerouting hp support to their website as a scam please stop them people think they are chatting with an hp technician for $1.00 then they charge your account $49.00 for a monthly subscription that was not approved, no way to cancel the account no way to contact them hp may have the power to stop them I hope you can. Please.
