They said they provide technical support for people having trouble with their iPods. And that you gave them your credit card number and information and it would only cost you a dollar which you would get refunded and then be helped. As soon as I give them my credit card number, my bank texted me about fraudulent activity. They had tried seven or eight times to take money out of my account for up to $225.
