An Arab-looking man in an SUV with a wife and a daughter talked to me at a parking lot after I shopped in a store. He told me they lost their passports, money, cards, etc. He told me he was a millionaire visiting the US from Dubai and asked for gas money. I gave him $20, but he told me they needed more money. He then offered me two rings and two necklaces they were wearing in exchange for money. When I told him that I did not have more money, he told me to withdraw money from an ATM, which I did. (I regret doing so.) I ended up giving them $500 more, which I regret. He then asked me more. He told me to make a Visa gift card of $400-$500 in a dollar store. While I was doing so, his wife was looking at me. I then decided not to make a card. I search the net and saw a lot of scam cases. I told him that this may be a scam. He swear it was not. He then told me that they had to go, and they drove off. I had some suspicion, but gave them a lot of money anyway. I totally regret it.
