Asked to enter debit info for $3 one time payment, charged for an unknown $45 service one week later. No record of what charge is for or active subscription/recurring charge available in my account or inbox. Had to cancel debit card as there was no charge/service listed to cancel.

My girlfriend saw a popup on a website leading them to the Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology app on the iPhone App Store. She downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial. There was no indication that she will be charged money, but later she was charged $45. Their subscription service does not show under Apple's subscription service, so most users do not even know they scribed to the service, and there is no way to cancel there. You have to go to their website to cancel the subscription. This is very scammy behavior. Many other people also got scammed by them, here are threads I found online:

This website rips everyone off. You take a quiz and you pay for the result but never received it. Customer support if emailed states your ticket number does not qualify and gives more random questions for you to pick with useless generic answers that bring you in circles never getting what you paid for.

Offer for .50c reading turned into an automatic subscription to their services without my knowing

They took my card number and started charging me

No receipts Paypal or otherwise were received by me,

this is a covert operation

Then they say you didn't meet the cancellation deadline when you had no idea that you were charged

All on-line purchases must give receipts

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
