I'm having same problem with the rest of the customers .
I order only one for trial, and few days later another package containing same product
came, followed by another 3 packages. Charged me $690..
I sent a message to return the packages but the email address has been rejected..

they have sent me stuff I DID NOT ORDER. So far to the tune of $664.00. in the month of november, 7 packages were sent to me that totaled $630.00. Im 75, my husband is 80. we dont have that kind of money. And its hard for old people to understand when someone is scamming them. i also recieved 2 more products from ZENDEXMARKET.COM and some company called ALLESTOSTORE.COM.Every time they send me stuff it seems like i'mworking against more than one company. they charge me $89.73, and sends me 4 times in just November. THAT'S $360.00!

I am having the same trouble no one answer the phone or they will not stop sending packages this is a disgusting cituation . the junk they sent me is no good,then keep charging me the 89.92 a month just got another pack yesterday I want my money put back in my account. Tirerd of being scammed

I've already filed a complaint, but trying again. I called the Cannagenix phone number on my bank statement to try and cancel recurring debits. They pick up and ask if youk know your parts extention dial one,then they say if you dont know that info, dial 7 to get a list of names but before you can press anything the phone hangs up. I've tried THIS website with no luck. THIS is a bunch of crap. I first emailed that the pills caused me to have bad dreams, exactly like a prescribed medication caused me to have while taking them. My dr changed my RX and I dont have them anymore. Please help.

On 5/11/21, I as charged $89.92 and $89.73 for an Order #11995A06F3. I have already returned 2 other shipments with notes inside to cancel any further shipments to no avail. I have contacted BBB and my bank after seeing all your negative reviews are for same reasons! Anything Shark Tank sponsors does same thing. Products can't stand on their own so devious tactics are utilized. Right now you are into me for $538.95!

After my trial I received another order about 10 days later. I usually look for Auto Renewals but missed this. Have since discovered that anything Shark Tank supports presents this same problem. Have received 3 orders totaling $538.95. Just received 3rd today which am also returning. I enclose letter to cease all further orders but not getting any results. Order 11995A06F3 consists of 1 bottle of capsules @$89.73 and 1 bottle of oil @ 89.92. Please advise how to terminate from them permanently.

After my trial I have sent back every order since with handwritten note to stop all further shipments. I just received another shipment, the 3rd, so now I am out $538.95 and cannot get hold of any human to get this stopped! Anything backed by Shark Tank does this. I usually always check for auto payments incurred but somehow missed this and after a month the bank will not refund my money when I try to cancel their orders on this account number. PLEASE HELP ME!

They offered a free 14-day trial of their CBD oil and capsules if you pay shipping and handling. I ordered the trial on April 2. The package was delivered on April 9. On April 16, they charged my debit card $89.92 for "membership" and renewal order of the CBD capsules. When I contacted them on April 16 asking for a refund, I stated I would mail the packages back as I had just received them and hadn't even opened them yet. Rather than me mailing them back, the representative offered (2) $40.00 refunds. At that time I told her to cancel my account, that I wouldn't be ordering from them again. I did receive the two refunds in my banking account, but today (April 17) I see ANOTHER charge for $89.92! When I called today to dispute it, the representative told me if was a renewal now for the CBD oil! I told her I asked yesterday that my account be closed, that I wanted a refund, and that I would be contacting the BBB. Shadiest company I've seen in a LONG time!

Your 14-day trial started the day you ordered, if you ordered on April 2nd, your 14 day trial ended on the 16th, the day you were billed, make sure you read the terms and conditions the next time, here is what they say about cancellations: All cancellation requests whether by phone or email should receive a cancellation confirmation number and an email stating your order has been canceled. It is suggested to keep this number for your records. Any future discrepancies resulting from not having a cancellation confirmation number will be at the discretion of the company.
