They had an ad on Instagram for an Porsche advent calendar. I purchased the product and after two weeks reached out to the support email. I was told by "Mike" that it could take up to 14 business days to be delivered and provided a tracking number. The tracking information went to a proprietary app with no identifiable information. The details were vague. Origination location was China and arrived in US then delivered to my address. No city or states. It never arrived. I asked for a refund twice and was told it takes 3-5 days to here from the carrier. Needless to say I haven't heard back from them.
