I emailed them on Nov. 23, 2024 to inform them that it did not in fact arrive. They responded on Nov. 25, 2024, "Sorry to bother you . We checked the tracking details and it shows that the package has been delivered. In this case, we can provide the tracking number XCSU001186332BO, and you can check the status of the package through the following URL: https://www.track718.com/:localeId/p60t. If you have any questions about your order or the results of your delivered,please be sure to contact us and we will do our best to help you find your package. Since the package was delivered to the address you provided at checkout, we have also sent it to you at the address information you provided. In order to help you solve the problem. You can ask your friends/neighbors/family if they help you sign, and hope you receive the package as soon as possible. thank you for understanding! Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated."
I replied on Nov. 29, 2024 that it still had not arrived and asked for a refund. They responded on Dec. 1, 2024, "Sorry to bother you . We are so sorry that you didn't receive your package. We did deliver it according to the correct address provided by you.It will take 3-5 business days to ask the carrier about the tracking details. So could you please wait for some more days? We will get back to you, once we get the reply from the carrier. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your reply."
I replied on Dec. 2, 2024 that it has been over 30 days since I ordered the item, and 10 days since it says it was "delivered" and again asked for a refund. They responded later that day, "So sorry for the trouble caused.
I'm very sorry that you didn't receive your package. We did deliver it according to the correct address provided by you. Finally,We have checked the logistics information and found that it has indeed been successfully delivered and if you didn't receive the parcel, it could have been stolen, which we are not responsible for. However, as our distinguished customer, we also decided to provide you with a 30% refund as compensation I hope you can accept our suggestions."
I then sent a formal complaint email and indicated that I would be filing this report. I plan to follow up with my credit card company to see if they can refund me as I don't expect to hear back now seeing that this was obviously a scam.
